In 2001 Brad cemented himself into the position of market leader in Strata Title sales within the Western Suburbs and was known as the 'go to guy' for sellers and agents alike, when it came to the intricacies involved in selling Strata Title properties. Brad joined Abel McGrath Property Group in 2011 and carried on with his domination, of Strata Title property marketing and sales.
Then in 2013, in his spare time and "in the spare bedroom at home", Brad invented a world first, with a modular designed, solar powered - real estate sign lighting system. You now can see his invention illuminating real estate signs here in Perth and around Australia, at night.
