There is also a BBQ area under the trees on the east side of the building.

Why is River View Gardens my favourite apartment complex in Claremont?
It has something that the owners refer to as .. Money From Heaven.

It is the reason why River View Gardens has accelerated well beyond all other apartment complexes in the Western Suburbs over the last 20 years and it is why all the apartments now feature new glass balcony railings, new double glazed windows and double glazed balcony doors, two new elevators, an architect designed roof over the upper car bays and it's also why the complex is so meticulously maintained.

This tower stands upon the highest point between the ocean and the city and you have all the Telco's happily paying well over $100,000 PA just to be there.. Additionally, the group also owns the apartment where the live-in care taker resides = this mean it is a very financially healthy complex and this will remain so, moving forward.
