Alicia’s larger than life personality combined with her energy level being superior to that of the Energizer Bunny has cemented her status as the life of the office. Alicia applies her energy and vibrancy to everything she does, including Property Management!

A fast paced environment is where Alicia really thrives so it was only natural that she would enter the exciting world of Real Estate following her retirement as a professional dancer. Dancing on stages all over the world with a long list of celebrities, it’s safe to say Alicia works most effectively under pressure – another trait which serves her well as a Property Manager.

Alicia’s enthusiasm and desire to deliver world class customer service are a huge factor in her ability to instil trust and form the necessary foundations for a wonderful and long term working relationship with all of her landlords and tenants.

The key fundamentals to Alicia’s success are undoubtedly exceptional client service, attention to the needs of both landlords and tenants alike and a positive, problem solving attitude. Alicia is very much excited to expand her portfolio and continue building fantastic working relationships.

In her down time you will find her hanging out with her bestie, her little niece Harper! Alicia also loves to travel around adjudicating dance competitions, browse the latest in home décor or search for the next best restaurant as she is a true foodie at heart.
