Leanne is enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about homes and real estate, striving to achieve outstanding results for her clients. As a long term resident of the western suburbs and northern coastal areas, Leanne has strong local knowledge and a commitment to utmost professionalism.
Prior to joining real estate, Leanne had a successful professional career in finance, law and accounting. Leanne has a Bachelor of Commerce from UWA, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law (Energy) and is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Through her extensive professional experience and network, Leanne is able to offer her clients outstanding, high-end service utilising her exceptional commercial, negotiation, contractual and client relationship skills.
Originally working for a Perth stock broking firm, she then moved to the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) where she worked closely with local companies advising and assisting with their commercial and financial requirements honing her commercial acumen and client focus.
Leanne’s history in the coastal suburbs goes back to the 70’s. She grew up in and around North Beach, Marmion and Trigg attending the local school and as a member of the Trigg Island Surf Life Saving Club, Marmion Sorrento Netball Club and Sorrento Tennis Club.
For the past 10 years, Leanne and her husband have lived in Floreat with their three children. Leanne recently undertook a major renovation of her home, as an owner builder in association with a well-known local architect, culminating in a finalist nomination in the Architecture Awards. Leanne’s first-hand experience in the design and building process provides her with the ability to unlock the full potential of clients’ homes.
Leanne’s children attend Hale School and Floreat Park Primary School. She has a strong community presence through her involvement with local sporting clubs and as a member of Hale School P&F. Leanne’s sense of community is strong, believing that our community helps to nurture and sustain us.
Leanne’s honest communication style and her ability to listen and respond to client’s needs enables her to develop strong relationships and to tailor a structured, comprehensive strategy for each client. Leanne works with her clients through the complete sales process allowing her clients to relax in the knowledge that the person they initially engage is the person that works with them to the end goal.
