I am very pleased to have an opportunity to comment on my relationship and dealings with Jen Lowe when my husband and I engaged Jen and one of her work colleagues to handle the sale of our family home in Nedlands in mid 2016.

From our very first meeting I found Jen to be warm and approachable but also extremely professional.  She was very organised and task focussed with a clear eye for detail whilst also seeing the big picture.

I had complete confidence in Jen’s skills as a negotiator because I really felt that she had both a personal and professional interest in obtaining the best price on our behalf, but not at the cost of being so aggressive that potential purchasers were driven away.

The advertising and presentation/sale campaign that Jen devised and orchestrated was extremely effective and involved minimal disruption in our daily routines.  The success of her strategy is reflected in the fact that after one “home open” we received three offers all of which were genuine and met the price that we were asking.  Our home sold within a week of going onto the market.

The valuation we received after discussion with Jen and her colleague was not only one which we ourselves felt was fair and reasonable but it also very sensibly reflected the state of the market in the area at the time.  It was clear that Jen had an excellent appreciation of values in the area.

Jen negotiated an even better price for us with the successful purchaser which defrayed our moving costs and other incidentals.

Of enormous importance and benefit to us was the fact that Jen was able to negotiate a much longer than usual settlement date for us so that we could remain in our home until the building of our new home was complete thus saving us money and sparing us a great deal of stress.
